What it is

A B2B data platform: a searchable database of 400M+ contacts and 70M+ companies,
refreshed roughly every 30 days. You use it to build prospect lists and pull
verified contact data. Launched in 2026 by GTM engineers who ran an outbound
agency and got tired of paying for bad data.

How it works

Four search modules, with "People Lookalike Search" as the flagship: feed it a
seed profile or a list of existing customers, and it surfaces prospects with
similar traits across the database. Emails are validated through BounceBan at
export (including catch-alls), with a claimed bounce rate under 1.5%.

Where it sits in a stack: Ai-Ark is a data source (raw contacts you prospect
from), not an enrichment engine like Clay. It is water that goes in the
pipe, not the pipe.

How I used it

Used this extensively to set up multiple campaigns and found the data quality to be pretty decent.
Positives:

  • the search by company domain is very useful
  • huge selection of filters to find exactly what you're looking for
  • ability to find specific keywords in linkedin profile headlines and other components of linkedin profiles
  • fair credit costs
  • finds emails at a decent rate (more on this in negatives)

Negatives:

  • In my experience only 40% of emails would come enriched, and of those around 60% would be actual valid emails, rest were invalid or catchall so data quality is something to watch out for, always validate, never build campaigns directly on the data received.
  • Lots of bloated data, no easy way of judging how many profiles belong to a single company i.e. limit search results by company is not a feature yet, definitely should be added.
  • Search filters seem to be constantly active, it should only search once you're done setting filters but it keeps refreshing after every small filter change which causes it to sometimes get stuck
  • exclusions are a bit more difficult to get right
  • logs out after 5-10 minutes of inactivity which is strange

Cost breakdown

Credit-based. Free signup gives 100 credits / mo and up to 25 records at a time.
Base plan starts at $49 / mo for 5,000 credits; top tier runs to $9,999 / mo for
5M credits. Cost scales with how many records you export.

Per valid email (verified credit costs + my measured yield):

  • Profile export: 0.5 credit; verified email: +0.5 credit (only when delivered)
  • Per 100 profiles: 50 (profiles) + 20 (40 emails delivered) = 70 credits -> 24 valid
  • = ~2.9 credits per valid email
  • ~$0.03 at entry-tier pricing, ~$0.01 at scale ($2-4 / 1,000 credits)
  • Watch: verified mobile numbers cost 5 credits each (~10x an email)

Verdict

There is a variance in the valid email yeild on AI-Ark across different ICPs that I tested, some yielded 60% valid and some barely 20%. Cheaper tools tend to have data quality problems. That seems to something that stays true across the board, however due to the high quality of filters and truly extensive database not to mention still overall lower costs as compared to alternatives I believe Ai Ark has the potential to be a very useful tool in a GTM engineer's toolkit.
I would use it myself to build outreach lists for sure. I'd just probably use secondary enrichment and validation passes to maximize value and quality to prevent high bounce rates to be safe.

Alternatives

Prospeo, Leadmagic, Apollo, Clay (data enrichment) and many many more.
